Privacy policy

This policy explains what Qatar LineUp collects when you use qatarlineup.org, why we need it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Data we collect

  • Request data: the mobile number, the service type and the amount you entered.
  • Contact data: the email address, and the name and phone number if you send them through the contact form.
  • Message content: what you write to the desk by email or in the form.
  • Technical data: standard server log entries — address of the request, time, page and browser type.

We do not collect card numbers on this website. Payment is arranged separately by our billing team, and full card data is never stored by us.

Why we use it

To check and carry out the top-up request, to contact you about it, to handle refunds and complaints, and to keep the accounting records required of a business in Qatar. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who can see it

Our own billing staff, and the payment provider that processes the card transaction. Data may be disclosed to a competent authority in Qatar when the law requires it. Nothing else leaves the company.

How long it is kept

Request and payment records are kept for the period required by accounting rules in Qatar, then deleted. Contact-form messages that did not become a request are deleted after twelve months. Server logs are rotated after 90 days.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Ask for a correction if something is wrong.
  • Ask for deletion, except where accounting rules oblige us to keep a record.
  • Withdraw a request before it is paid, which removes the pending record.

Send such requests to support@qatarlineup.org. We answer within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to the request queue is limited to staff who need it, and records are removed on schedule. No system is perfect, so we also keep the amount of data we hold as small as the service allows.

Cookies

Only functional cookies are used; they are described in the cookie policy.
