about the desk

About Qatar LineUp, an independent Ooredoo recharge desk

We are a billing office in Rawdat Al Hamama that takes prepaid top-up requests from one short form and settles them with the operator for customers across Qatar.

What the Ooredoo quick pay desk actually does

The service has one job: turn a top-up request into credit on a Qatari prepaid number without the customer having to install an app or keep an account. You send the number, the service type and the amount; we confirm the total with the flat fee, take the card payment through our billing team and complete the top up.

Because the work is done by people and not by an automatic gateway, we keep the scope narrow. One country — Qatar. One currency — the Qatari riyal. One product family — prepaid mobile and prepaid home services.

Who uses the service

Residents who top up a second line, families paying for a relative's number, and small offices that keep a few prepaid data lines running. Anyone who prefers a short form and a human confirmation over a self-service portal.

How requests are handled

Requests are queued in the order they arrive. Each one is reviewed by a billing agent, who confirms the amount and the fee before any payment is arranged. If something looks wrong — a number that is not Qatari, an amount outside the limits — we write back and drop the request instead of guessing.

Requests

What you send with a request

A request is the mobile number, the service and the amount in Qatari riyal. The desk writes back with the total, including the flat fee, before any payment is arranged.
