The service fee is flat: it does not grow with the amount you send and it is never added after confirmation. If a request cannot be completed, the fee is dropped together with the request — see the refund policy for how money already paid is returned.
Processing starts when our billing team receives the payment. Requests sent outside working hours stay in the queue and are picked up the next working morning, Doha time.
Qatar LineUp is a small billing office in Rawdat Al Hamama that collects top-up requests from one simple form and settles them with the operator on the customer's behalf. We work only with prepaid mobile services inside Qatar and only in Qatari riyal.
