How an Ooredoo recharge request is handled in Qatar

Every Ooredoo quick pay request on this site follows the same four stages. Nothing is automated behind your back: a billing agent checks the request before any money moves.

The four stages of an Ooredoo top up

1

Request

You submit the number, the service and the amount on the top-up form. The form validates the number length and the amount range in the browser.

2

Check

An agent verifies that the number is a Qatari prepaid line and that the amount sits inside the published limits.

3

Payment

The agent contacts you to arrange the card payment. Card data is never typed into this website and is never stored by us.

4

Credit

The top up is settled with the operator and you receive a written confirmation with the amount and the fee.

Timing

Requests received between 09:00 and 18:00 Doha time on Sunday to Thursday are normally paid and credited the same day. Requests sent in the evening, on Friday or on Saturday are queued and processed on the next working morning.

Once the payment clears, the credit usually appears on the number within a few minutes. At peak load — the start of the month, public holidays — it can take up to two hours. If more than two hours pass after payment, contact the desk with the confirmation email and we will trace it.

What this desk does not do

  • We do not sell SIM cards, tariffs, devices or contracts.
  • We cannot read your balance, your usage or your call history.
  • We do not accept requests for numbers registered outside Qatar.
  • We never ask for your operator password, PIN or one-time code.
