- The request lands in our billing queue with a time stamp.
- A billing agent contacts you by email or phone within one business day to arrange the card payment.
- Once payment clears, the credit is pushed to the number — usually within minutes, up to two hours at peak load.
- You can cancel at any point before paying: reply to the confirmation email or call the desk.
